66 Chevy C-10  - Shop Project Truck

Bryan's C10 has come a long way from a misguided ebay endeavor.  The questionably clacky 327 was swapped out in favor of a GM crate motor.  That gave us the time to clea up the engine bay and firewall, and correct years of improper repairs and neglect. The plan was to make this a solid daily driver, without going overboard on the restoration.    The firewall was welded up and smoothed out, chassis stripped and painted, and engine dressed up traditionally, which came out great.  We used simple pine strips for bed wood, with marine sealer and 3 coats of satin varnish.  The shoddy suspension was replaced with air ride, and of course, Accuair management.
