Carburetor Rebuild

Let us assess your needs and rebuild and tune your original or aftermarket carb before you trash it.  Many times, throwing on a new carb is a simple and easy solution, but many times you can run into tuning issues, fitment issues, linkage issues, etc when you deviate from the factory carb.  We take great pride in restoring your original if we can.  We have a commercial grade ultrasonic submersion tub which can clean every nook, cranny and orifice of the carburetor, ensuring a perfectly clean and obstruction-free rebuild.  Of course, we can also replace your carb if need be.

THROTTLE SHAFT REPAIR

Another common problem is a leaking throttle shaft.  This creates a vacuum leak that can throw off tuning and ddrivability.  We can drill, sleeve, and re-bush your existing carb, making a new air-tight fit.  We have various taps for most all carburetors and new sleeves in house.
